Overview
All products sold on this site are digital downloads. Because a digital file cannot be “returned” once it has been delivered or accessed, all sales are final once the download link is sent or the content is streamed.
Refund Eligibility before download
If you purchased by mistake or are unable to access the file, you may request a cancellation before you have downloaded or viewed the product. Send your request to info@automationtool.store and include your order number. If the file has not yet been accessed, we will void the license and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
Non-refundable situations
- The download link has been emailed to you or the content has been streamed.
- You have begun downloading, copying, or otherwise accessing the digital file.
- You purchased the wrong product but have already accessed it.
EU/UK customers: By completing your purchase and beginning the download, you expressly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
