6. Orders and Payment

6.1 Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation, whether by email or on-screen, does not signify our acceptance of your Order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your Order for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) product or service availability; (b) errors in the description or price of any Product; (c) inaccuracies in your Order; or (d) any other reason determined by us in our sole discretion.

6.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order.

6.3 Prices: All prices are listed in Euros (€) (unless otherwise specified) and are exclusive of VAT, sales tax, shipping fees, and handling charges, which will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not apply to Orders already placed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping: We ship Products to addresses within the European Union (EU) and select international destinations. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. You agree that we are not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery.

7.2 Risk of Loss: All Products purchased from automationtool.store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such Products pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier.

7.3 Changes to Shipping Address: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an Order, please contact us immediately at info@automationtool.store. We will attempt to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee it if the Order has already shipped.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Returns Eligibility: We accept returns of unused, unopened Products within 30 days of the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, the Product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Digital Products (e.g., software downloads) are not eligible for returns once downloaded or accessed.

8.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please email info@automationtool.store with your Order number, the Product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the Product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

8.3 Refunds: Once we receive your returned Product and inspect it, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9.1 Ownership: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software code, and designs, is the property of automationtool.store or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
